7. Make payment
8. Receive your item

Keep in Mind
Please note that each piece is unique and the wood grain and colour tone will vary slightly. Depending on the humidity and temperature natural solid wood may crack and bend a little sometimes. It is a natural process and not a fault of the maker.

Return
We offer a return period of 14 days for our physical products. The physical product has to be returned in the original package and not used. Don’t forget to a note with your full contact information, order number and the reason you are returning our the item. We do not accept returns for our digital products.

Return address can be found on the original packaging.
When your return is received and approved, the refund will be made to the same account from which the payment was made, deducting the shipping cost.
